During the workshop on the topic of impact logic/impact model, you will receive a sound introduction to the basics of impact analysis. Using practical examples, methods and exercises, we will show you which tools are essential for impact-orientated work, how to set up an impact logic and how to formulate impact objectives and indicators. Using the practical example of a field, we will demonstrate how the methods can be applied in practice.
Speaker:
Franziska Lutz has been an impact manager at Acker e.V. for many years and is responsible for the planning and implementation of impact analyses for various educational programmes. She also works at Acker Impact and supports and enables other organisations on topics relating to impact management.
