Making impact visible – from analysis to communication

Contents:

How can you analyse, measure and strategically communicate the impact of your work? In this workshop, you will learn how to carry out impact analyses, use suitable data collection methods, create convincing impact reports and design effective impact communication to reach your target groups and build trust. Impact planning and reporting are closely linked to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), as they help to systematically plan, measure and document progress in the implementation of global development goals. The practice-orientated workshop provides you with the knowledge you need to make your impact visible and comprehensible – with a clear contribution to sustainable development.

Speaker:

Whether impact analysis, strategy or communication: Franzi has been helping to shape the area of impact management at Acker for almost ten years and now brings her knowledge to Acker Impact with great enthusiasm. As a creative idea generator, critical questioner and encourager, Franzi wants to strengthen the social impact of organisations that are committed to solving social problems in an innovative, pragmatic and long-term way.
