You want to develop your project or your start-up idea into a value-oriented and sustainable business model?
In this workshop, you will learn about the Business Model Canvas method for business model development. You will gain insights into social and cultural business models and have the opportunity to visualize your own project in a simplified way.
Why develop business models?
With the Business Model Canvas, projects and start-up ideas can be presented in a structured and simplified way. Based on the key factors, ideas are collected, evaluated and further developed. With this method it is not only possible to create a new framework, but also to critically question the tried and tested.
The workshop is suitable for anyone who wants to develop a new business model or further develop their existing concept.
Participation is free of charge. The workshop will be held in German. Our rooms are not barrier-free. If you have any wishes or needs for your participation in the workshop, please let us know when you register.
Speaker:
The workshop will be conducted by Björn Vondran, project head and start-up consultant at Social Impact Lab Leipzig. His professional expertise includes the development and support of business models.
