We met Manja Hartmann from the IHK Chemnitz (Annaberg-Buchholz branch) at the “Day of Sustainable Start-up Consultancy” in 2023. Enthusiastic about our concept of a start-up lab, the question quickly arose: Does the Ore Mountain region need such a project? The answer was a resounding yes!
Together with other committed stakeholders from the Ore Mountains, we organised network meetings to set up a start-up lab. We discussed goals, target groups and even possible names for the lab.
Our fourth meeting took place on Thursday (06/06/2014) at NETZ-Werk Neukirchen. In addition to intensive discussions, Jana Gratias gave us a tour of the impressive Makerhub. The exchange was incredibly enriching and brought many new ideas for the upcoming meetings and the future start-up lab.
The next meeting will take place on 19 September, 2-5 pm at Lößnitz MAKERS. We are excited about further developments and look forward to working together to promote sustainable start-ups in the Ore Mountains!
