In this workshop, our scholarship recipients this year were able to visualize their start-up project using nine building blocks: Value proposition, customer segments and relationships, key activities, resources, and partners, as well as channels, cost structure, and revenue sources.
For this purpose, the strategic method of the Business Model Canvas was used, with the help of which business models can be mapped, newly or further developed.
Now that the foundations have been laid, our start-up ideas can continue to develop and evolve. Stay tuned!
